Each panelist will address a specific component of Professional Standards Administration from an advanced perspective (e.g., ethics, arbitration, appeal/procedure review). This interactive session will focus on specific challenges previously identified by PA Professional Standards administrators.

  Quickly identify a person's unique strengths and tap into his natural talents and abilities using birth order characteristics. This entertaining and informative presentation explores the impact of a person’s birth order in a family and how it affects management styles and dealing with people. Skills like decision-making, presenting ideas, managing conflict and communicating with others are affected by birth order position. Learn how to avoid potential conflicts and tap into individuals' strengths.

Who’s Really in Charge? (aka Dealing with Beastly People)

  Managing difficult people after the usual resolution methods have failed is addressed in this two-fold program. Designed to provide a practical approach that works, the program is based on two truths:  that people know what they are doing and they need to be held responsible for their choices. Discover the goals of their behaviors and become pro-active by developing a plan based on the premise that the person must be responsible and held accountable for his actions. Learn how to avoid being manipulated by their excuses.

Diane Mosley Diane M. Mosley, RCE serves as manager, Policy Resources, at NAR and was previously Assistant Director of Professional Standards and Multiple Listing Policy. Diane has conducted numerous professional standards training programs for state associations, and has participated in many regional training programs during her tenure with NAR. She has the major responsibility of revising all professional standards and multiple listing policy manuals and materials on an annual basis to reflect current NAR policies and procedures.

Jack Agati Jack Agati is a presenter and trainer in the area of human relations and management. He has combined his education and experiences into a practical and common sense series of presentations relating to the successful management of the Social Aspects of Business. For more than 25 years as a professional speaker, his appearances at conferences and business engagements have earned him a reputation for useful and relevant material combined with humor that makes learning enjoyable.
