PAR’s Preferred PARtners program introduces two new programs. Preferred PARtners, a new name for PAR’s endorsed vendors, offers special services and products to PAR members at discounted rates.
Web Site Design
One of the newest Preferred PARtners offers web site design service to REALTORS®. Advanced Access, a division of Dominion Enterprises, specializes in creating comprehensive real estate web sites.
To be competitive in the real estate industry, REALTORS® need a well-developed web site. A recent NAR study shows that 82 percent of first-time buyers and 78 percent of repeat buyers use the Internet to search for their homes and ultimately to choose their real estate professionals.

Office Supplies
REALTORS® can save on their office supply purchases by using a Retail Connect Card at Office Max. A new Preferred PARtner, Office Max offers this card at no cost to members.
When using the card in a retail location, members will receive reduced rates through the “best price logic.” Office Max has established a list of office supplies on a core price list. Members will receive deep discounts on the price of core items. If the retail location is offering the item at a lower price, members will be charged the lower price.
PAR members purchasing office supplies online will also receive the special pricing on the core items and a 40-percent discount on all other items. All pricing seen online will reflect either the core price or the discount.
