The members of PAR’s Issues Mobilization Committee believe it is important to develop a central “clearinghouse” to catalogue significant legal issues affecting REALTORS® and their clients that have arisen in localities throughout this Commonwealth.  This site has been designed with that goal in mind.  It will be a “living” document that will be updated and modified as new issues are identified.

The site is intended to provide REALTORS® and their legal counsel with information that may be useful to them in considering legal challenges or questions that have been raised and/or addressed elsewhere by PAR’s legal counsel or by other local boards and their counsel.  The following subjects represent the Committee’s initial offering in its attempt to aid REALTORS®. 

While the Committee will work to identify other legal issues which may be added to this site, you are also encouraged to contact members of the Committee or PAR with ideas and issues that you or your local board believes may be important to REALTORS® in Pennsylvania.  We hope that you will find this information to be helpful.
