Find Savings With Pennsylvania REALTORS® Advantage Partners
The New Year marks the official launch of the Pennsylvania REALTOR® Advantage Partnership Program. This new program, developed as a benefit for PAR members, identifies key products and services for REALTORS® and creates business partnerships with companies providing those services. The goal is to provide members with discounts or products and services important to their success.
In late December, more than 16,000 PAR members received an e-mail survey to rank the importance of more than 30 products and services. Ranked at the highest level of importance are: health insurance, cell phone discounts, neighborhood data information, farming/prospecting/marketing tools, dental insurance, and retirement and financial management products. This survey will guide the REALTOR® Advantage Program’s efforts in 2006.
The programs already in place are listed in the new Member Benefits section of the PAR Web site. From the Member Benefits section, you can select the program and immediately access each company’s Web site for more information. One of the current benefits identified as a priority in the survey was Errors and Omissions insurance. PAR’s program with Pearl Insurance provides this product and has new benefits in place for 2006. If you haven’t checked this out lately, contact Debbie Bindeman at Pearl Insurance today for more information (Debbie.bindeman@pearlins.com or call toll-free 800-455-1154).
New programs with the REALTOR® Advantage Partnership Program include:
Stay on top of industry news, commentary and analysis with Inman News (PAR members save 33 percent on their subscription)
Save 15 percent on Cole Information products to enhance your marketing efforts.
Corporate rate discounts on Hertz rentals and free enrollment in the Club Gold Service provide savings when you travel.
Keep watching for new savings opportunities in 2006.
