Business Meeting Actions

The Board of Directors of PAR approved the following action items at its recent meeting at the January Business Meetings in Harrisburg:

•  Renewed the 2006 contract with the Executive Vice President.

•  Renewed the 2006 Contract with Legal Counsel, Caldwell & Kearns.

•  Approved the nomination of Melanie McLane of Jersey Shore as an industry representative on the State Real Estate Commission. McLane is PAR’s District 5 Vice-President, and serves on the Issues Mobilization Committee, the Legislative Committee and the Pennsylvania REALTORS® Education Foundation (PREF).

•  Approved the nomination of Jack Rawlings as a representative on the State Board of Certified Appraisers. Rawlings is a past PAR President and serves on the Board of Directors, the Legal Action Fund and the Legislative Committee.
